The new Q2 unveiled by Leica

Leica has just announced their new compact camera, the Q2. A successor to the popular Q model from 2015, the new camera keeps the same 28mm f/1.7 Summilux stabilized lens and compact form factor. However, as an update, the Q2 builds upon the Q legacy with improvements in almost all other aspects. Most notably, the resolution of the full-frame sensor goes up from 24MP to 47.3MP, and the body and lens are now IP52 weather sealed. Other improvements include better high ISO performance, battery life and operating speed.
